Our client, an international law firm is seeking a Receptionist to support its HK office.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Perform general receptionist and administrative duties
  • Handle telephone calls and general customer enquiries
  • Greet visitors and customers
  • Manage conference room bookings
  • Coordinate maintenance of office equipment and facilities
  • Perform ad hoc duties as and when required

Job Requirements:

  • At least 2 years receptionist experience in professional firms/MNCs is required
  • Fluency in English is a must 
  • Well presented with professional telephone manner
  • Good communication, organization and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient with MS Office applications
  • Immediate availability is a definite advantage
